Personal Training- Whether you have in home equipment or not, I can supply bands, free weights, exercise balls, and other various exercise equipment to ensure an intense, fun and challenging workout. I will design workouts that will help you achieve your goals, without having to leave your front door.
Nutrition - I will come to your home for nutrition consultations and design. Not only is physical fitness important, but proper nutrition is crucial as well. Staying consistent with both health and fitness yields optimal results! Body measurements and fitness evaluations will also be monitored to ensure that you are on the right path towards achieving your goals.
