Armbrust Pro Gym Mile High Muscle Bash Expo

I am headed to Florida to compete in my IFBB Bikini Pro Debut this weekend! It has been a wonderful journey and so much fun to prepare for!

This past weekend, we had a great NPC show in the Mile High! I had two clients compete, one in Bikini A and one in Bikini C class!

Last weekend I was in Boise, Idaho to shoot a back and biceps video with bodybuilding.com and to work at the expo with my sponsor OhYeah! Nutrition. The weekend was a blast!
